If you need a coupon book or have an accounting question, please call our Accounting Office at 239-936-4184.
 
 
All units that are sold, the buyers must pay a $1000.00 Capital Contribution to the reserves at closing.
 
If you have a mold issue within your unit, please contact Realty Services to schedule an inspection.
  
 Vacant Unit Checklist 
Have a home watch service for your vacant unit?  Here's why you should:
  • The Cove Rules state that electricity be left on for air conditioning purposes.
  • The recommended range of temperatures is 78-82 degrees Farenheit.
  • The AC thermostats require batteries to work.
  • Smoke detectors require batteries in case electricity fails.
  • It is recommended that the water and the power breaker to the water heater to your unit be turned off.
  • Florida Statutes require condo owners to have homeowners insurance.
  • The Association is not responsible for any problems that arise from inside your unit.
  • Many of the original toilet flow devices have been found to have failed causing the water to constantly run and sometimes overflow.
Attention all owners, tenants and prospective buyers:
 
  • Sales applications are available online. There is a $1,000 capital contribution fee for purchasing a unit.  Only owners may have pets. There  are no vicious breed dogs allowed on property. Pets must be approved. No commercial vehicles.
  • Proof of insurance is required by Florida Statutes.
  • A set of keys to the unit must be given to The Cove at Six Mile Cypress. This in in case of an emergency. If the Association does not have a set a keys we can either have a locksmith open the door or use other means to enter the unit. This cost will be charged to the owner of each unit.
